Are your food products fresh and safe?
Absolutely. All Jalys products are stored and packaged under hygienic conditions, meeting food safety and freshness standards. Most products have a shelf life of 6–12 months. Please refer to the individual product page for expiration and storage info.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our primary fulfillment center in the USA. This ensures fast delivery across the country and smooth logistics for B2B partners.
What is your shipping time?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily serve customers within the USA, but we can handle special B2B export requests. Please contact us for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For wholesale orders, we may offer invoicing or bank transfer options upon approval.
Can I return or exchange food products?
